Servicing a HIU is paramount to its longevity in fact it is recommended to do so on an annual basis by all manufacturers.
During a service we will test your units primary flow rate, T1, T2 and delta T to make sure you aren’t paying any extra on your energy bills for any unused kWh which can be caused by faulty valves letting by.
By servicing your unit it is vital in maintaining your HIUs highest possible temperatures for both heating and hot water, as over time filters and valves get blocked up this results in poor flow rates which leads to insufficient heat transfer and in turn to low temperatures at the outlets.
